Atlas Copco Power Technique and its dealer partner JR Compressors & Industrial Supplies (Pty) Ltd. marked their debut at the 2025 Nampo Agricultural Show with an impressive showcase of innovation, product excellence, and collaborative strength. The event, held in Bothaville from 13 to 16 May, provided a powerful platform for the two companies to present a united front to the agricultural and industrial sectors.

Their presence at Nampo demonstrated the benefits of a solid, long-term dealer relationship in addition to the potential of Atlas Copco’s state-of-the-art product line. Working closely with the dealer network is essential to creating a unified brand identity and increasing product awareness, according to Chantal Jonker, Operational Manager at JR Compressors. She underlined that the businesses are reinforcing their dedication to long-term customer support and peace of mind by making aftermarket service the centerpiece of their offering.

The U190PACE diesel compressor, one of the most notable pieces of equipment on exhibit, attracted a lot of interest due to its usefulness in agriculture. The U190PACE proved that it could increase operational uptime, lower operating costs, and promote efficiency, as seen by real-world case studies. According to Jonathan Cassell, Portable Air Sales Engineer at Atlas Copco Power Technique, “the U190PACE has undoubtedly left a lasting impression on farmers, and I’m sure we’ll see many more of these units entering the agricultural sector in the near future.”

The exhibition also featured the E-Air VSD H185 electric compressor, two WEDA and two VAR pump models, and the SRD Hand Drill. The pump range in particular generated strong interest, reflecting its versatility across multiple industries. Theuns Viljoen, Power Technique Business Development Manager for Power and Flow, noted that the event was a valuable opportunity to raise awareness of Atlas Copco’s pump offerings. He said that the team received enquiries from a diverse group of visitors, including small-scale farmers and larger industrial players, all expressing strong interest in the brand’s capabilities.

Atlas Copco’s and JR Compressors’ partnership at Nampo 2025 sent a strong message to the market about their shared dedication to quality, innovation, and nationwide service support. By working together, both businesses demonstrated that they are reliable partners prepared to handle the changing demands of the industrial and agricultural sectors.
